Refund policy
At Recoat, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, custom-made products. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
To provide a fast and efficient service, we aim to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that changes may be necessary. For this reason, we have a structured cancellation window.

Within 24 Hours: You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. We hold all orders for 24 hours before sending them to production to allow for any last-minute changes.

After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed or your order has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation. As our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from standard return rights once production has begun.
We encourage you to contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only replace or accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@recoat.co with the following information:

Your order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photographs of the defect or damage.
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement of the same item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once a return is authorized and the item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@recoat.co.
Shipping a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless the item was confirmed to be defective or damaged on our part.

If you are shipping an item over $75 USD / $100 CAD / £60 GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments under any circumstances.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The right to a return or refund does not apply to the following:

Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned without prior authorization.
