We are dedicated to getting your custom-made products to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery times, and costs.

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment by our team within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take up to 72 business hours (3 business days).

  • Orders placed with Express Shipping are processed the next business day after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

This processing time is the period required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email, a Shipping Confirmation, which will include your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time will vary based on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

  • United States: 7 - 12 business days
  • Canada: 8 - 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8 - 15 business days
  • Europe: 8 - 15 business days
  • Oceania: 8 - 15 business days


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Oceania and Europe.

Recoat reserves the right to modify or terminate this free shipping offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

 

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Recoat is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.
